It is a word, but honestly I have never seen it used. I would navigate away from that word and find another way to express what you want. Example: The new International Docking Adapter will allow future US spacecraft to dock with the International Space Station. The ISS is now **fitted for relief** from spacecraft. I would not say "The ISS is now **relievable**" even though it might be correct. It just sounds strange.
