Just with lexical aspect?
We have many gender differences especially in spoken language.
We use different pronouns, final particles, prefixes and interjections.
As far as “lexical aspect” concerns, there would be 「お父さん/おやじ」 「お母さん/おふくろ」 「お兄さん/アニキ」 「お姉さん/アネキ」(「アニキ」 and 「アネキ」 can be used in different contexts) 「おなかがすく/腹が減る」 「彼/あいつ」 「あなた/お前」
But nowadays especially among young people their speech patterns are being neutralized in some parts.
