Hello Omar,
In past tense you can say, "I honked at the car in front of me." Or, "I beeped at the car in front of me."
You can also say, "I honked my horn at the car in front of me" but horn can also be implied.
In present: I'm honking my horn.
A more colloquial expressions is to say "lay on one's horn," meaning to honk the horn for longer than necessary. Typically, this is considered rude where I am from.
Hope this helps!

Assuming you mean that you sounded your horn, some options are:
I tooted the car in front of me.
I tooted my horn at the car in front of me.
I beeped at the car in front of me.
I beeped my horn at the car in front of me.
(and if it was a bit longer) I blasted the car in front of me.
These probably have a more British English flavour, Americans might use slightly different phrasing.
