Hello. I am a Korean native speaker. I lived in in Seoul in my whole life, and my husband is from Busan.
Your sentence "가가 가가가” is very famous sentence in Korea. It is confusing and humorous, so this sentence uses a lot when we emphasize how Korean's dialect is funny.
Anyway, "가가 가가가” means "Is that person is the person who has last name of 'Ga' ? "
Is it a bit confusing huh? haha. To me as a Seouler, Busan dialect is difficult, too.
We usually use 가 in two ways in standard Korean (Seoul Korean)
First one is for postposition. example: 민호가 먹는다.
Second use is for last name. : 가민정의 성(last name)은 가씨다.
But, in Busan dialect, there is two more uses.
가 means "the person". 예) 가(the person, who we all know whom we are talking about) 는 참 (really) 훤칠하데(tall). (in Busan dialect)
The another use is in postposition for questions. 예) 니(you) 집에 들어간거가? (Are you at home now?")
So, your sentence, '1)가 2)가 /// 3)가 4)가 5)가’ ,
I can analyze it.
In front
1) 가 : Is the person
2) 가 : postposition (민호가, 영희가, 너가)
the rear
3) 가 : “Ga" (one of sur names in Korea)
4) 가 : sur name
5) 가 : postposition for a question, using with question mark.
In sum, “가가 가가가” means "Is that person is the person who has last name of 'Ga' ? "
Hope you can understand. Good luck with your presentation ;)

Is the child a "go"?
After he's gone,
go! Go get it.
