The only correct forms are "I was beaten up" and, more informally, "I got beaten up". All of the others are non-standard. This is a passive construction, and passive constructions have to use the past participle of the verb, which in this case is "beaten". Some ...shall we say...less educated people do use 'beat' instead of 'beaten', but I would not recommend you copy them.

Also, "I gotten beat up" ??? "I was beaten up" ???
