In order to learn English I would recommend that you read articles in English, watch videos which are based in English and become part of the community of ITalki. ITalki offers you the opportunity to have Professional Lessons and/or Informal Lessons which will provide you with an opportunity to learn English but that will be at a cost. You could also speak to a language partner and learn English from them in exchange for them teaching you Japanese which is another option which you could explore.
