Hello
Can someone explain me the difference:
I am going to play tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock.
I will play tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock
I will be playing tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock

They all mean the exact same thing. They can be used interchangeably.
As a native speaker, in casual conversation, most people would say "I'm going to play tennis tomorrow". If someone says "Can you come to the party?" You might answer "Oh I can't, I'll be playing tennis tomorrow.

All mean the same thing. What differs is that I take the meaning of each slightly different.
I am going to play tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock. - that is my plan it may or may not happen but i will try.
I will play tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock - I am going to this. This is more definite than the first.
I will be playing tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock - I definitely am going to do this. This is you are absolutely sure you will be doing it.
If I was saying this in conversation I would probably say the last one with more emphasis and inflection on will be. I WILL BE playing tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock.

The GOING TO and WILL and ING future tenses
I am traveling ,,, this is accpeted at simple present progressive or continues
I am traveling THE NEXT MONTH ... this has a time clause attached to and now it is future but it is . not so serious or committing as ...
I will travel next .... So will ADDS more commitment or and emotion
i am going to travel ... is something that is in between the previous examples
When deciding which form of future to us remember that anglo cultures are generally more reserved
hope it helps
