In my opinion ,经济实惠economical and practical ; means inexpensive but substantial by the way , 实惠 original meaning is "material benefit " And in many situations , it means affordable , economical , cost -effective . Eg. 批量采购要比零买实惠很多 Buying in bulk is more economical than shopping for small quantities . 人们可以从中得到实惠 people can really benefit from it.
