Is this sentence sounds right?
This plan is not going to work; to make it worse, there's no other way to do it.

"This plan is not going to work; to make it worse, there's no other way to do it."
Personal suggestions:
→ ① This plan is not going to work but to make it worse. Unfortunately, there is no other way to do (or: resolve) it.
→ ② This plan is not going to work but to make it worse. There is however no other way to do (or: resolve) it.

"Is this sentence sounds right?" is not the right way to ask this question in English. A native English speaker would ask: "Does this sentence sound right?"
As for the sentence: "This plan is not going to work; to make it worse, there's no other way to do it." I'd say this sounds mostly right, but it is hard to tell out of context. By ending the sentence with a preposition ("it"), the sentence becomes informal and so would be awkward in something like a research paper or business proposal, but fine in an email to a friend. I also suspect you'd be better off starting with the "The plan" instead of "This plan", but again this depends on the context.
To make the sentence more formal you could say:
"There was no other way to do it, and to make it worse the plan was not going to work."
"This plan was not going to work, but there was no other option."
Speaking casually, a native English speaker might say something more like:
"This plan was not going to work; and to make it worse, there was no other way to do it."
"The plan was not going to work, but there was no other way to do it."

My opinion:
This plan is not way to go, however, there is no other way to do it.
