Is this acknowledgement good? First and foremost, we would like to thank God Almighty for giving us the ability and opportunity to undertake this project and to persevere and complete it satisfactorily. Without his blessings, this achievement would not have been possible.

we take this opportunity to express our regards and sincere thanks to our supervisor. Dr. His constant encouragement and moral support gave us the motivation to carry out the project successfully. And also, he gave us the golden opportunity to do this project, which also helped us in doing a lot of research and we came to know about so many new things we are really thankful to them

we want to thank everyone who helped us complete this project.

we would also like to thank our parents and friends who helped us a lot in finalizing this project within the limited time frame.

Very nicely said! Here are a few suggestions about sentence structure and word choice. First and foremost, we would like to thank God Almighty for giving us the ability and opportunity to undertake this project and to persevere in completing it satisfactorily. Without his blessings, this achievement would not have been possible. We would also like to take this opportunity to express our regards and sincere thanks to our supervisor. Doctor His gave us constant encouragement, moral support as well as motivation to carry out our work successfully. Entrusting us with this project, he gave us a golden opportunity to do research. We learnt many new things. We are really thankful and want to thank everyone who helped us complete this. We would also like to thank our parents and friends who helped us finalize this project within the limited time frame. I hope these options are helpful.

This is excellent; very well written. It is sincere and sophisticated. One thing though - add an apostrophe after Dr. His. The Doctor's encouragement is possessive so you need to put an 's. However, since "His" already ends in s, only put an apostrophe. "Dr. His' constant encouragement..." We only put an apostrophe because it's hard to pronounce "His's." I hope this helped!
