Is my sentence correct?
Factory automation will help a company to save many on personnel cost. Also, it will make the production more efficient.

It is more common to say "labour force" or "workforce" when talking about employees in a factory.
There are some other small changes written below that may make the sentence sound more natural.
Factory automation will help companies save a great deal on workforce costs. It will also make production more efficient.

The sentences are correct but we say " saving many of its personal cost" not "on personal cost". Well done!
