Here's where the Urban Dictionary does come in useful: roofie n. Generic slang term used to describe any date-rape drug (GHB, Rohypnol or Ketamine for example). He slipped a roofie in her drink and she passed out.

"This is so messed up" means "this is in a very bad, wrong, or confused state." Example: "My ex just went out with my best friend. This is so messed up."
