Are both sentences OK?
Put it as far away from me as you can. (something I don't like)
I'm told it's beneficial to heart. (food etc.)

"Put it as far away from me as you can." This depends on the specific object and situation. This phrase would be used for a smaller object that can be moved by hand. Another phrase "Get it as far away from me as you can." is more general.
Use "I'm told its good/beneficial for the heart." "Good" is more common in regular speech. "Beneficial" is more formal.
