Has nothing to do with Hello, I'd like to know if I can use the phrase "HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH" in different situations/contexts like in a business email, or is it just appropriate for informal conversation? Thanks!

It's rather informal for a business email. You might be safer using a phrase such as 'is unrelated to'.
