What is the meaning of 「なじんで」in the following sentence? 「熱して十分になじんでから油をあけました。」

"なじんで" is the conjugative form of "なじむ". You can say it with Kanji character like "馴染む".
Then, "なじる" means " to twit " or " to blame". You can say it with Kanji "詰る".
Yes, I think it is confusing because the sounds resemble each other.
