Egyptian Arabic: "na3iman", "haneyyan" and "bel hana we el-shefa"
نعيماً : I have learned that "na3iman" is a greeting used to someone who just had a shower, bath or haircut and that the response should be "Allah yen3em 3aleek (3aleeki)".
1) Can it be used in any other situation?
2) Is the expression used differently to a man vs. a woman?

هنياً : I was taught that this expression "haneyyan" is used to someone who has just finished drinking something and its equivalent for during or after a meal is بالهناء والشفاء
1) Can "haneyyan" be used in any other situation?
2) Which response to "haneyyan" is the most common -- "Allah yehanneek" or "hannaak Allah"?

بالهناء والشفاء : Do you use this expression only for a full meal like breakfast, lunch or dinner or can it also be used for simple snacks?

1/2=No .///.1=no its said in drinking or eating only most common with drinking/2=the most common is >>Allah yehanneek ...
بالهنا والشفا/بالهنا والعافية it said at both and more we can say it to the someone offer eat or drink from his own we said that >>شكراً  /بالهنا والشفا-بالهنا والعافيةand the the respond الله يعافيك

in Egyptian dialect we dont vocalize Hamza ( ء)in the end of the word mostly so we said الهناء=الهنا/الشفاء=الشفا/السماء=السما....etc i hope its the answer you waiting for ..all the best بالتوفيق
