I'd like to use words "persecute "and "usurpation " in one sentence. Can I use the words as " She has been persecuted by his usurpation and abuse of power "?

Hello! Its not quite what you would like to say. I think what you would like to say is "She has been persecuted by him, due to the fact that he is a usurper and abuses his power ". These are subtle changes but they clarify that "she 'is being persecuted by "him" (because of "his" situation) and that she is not physically being persecuted by "usurpation and abuse of power".

Hello again! I was just looking at the sentence again and I came to the realization that you could probably say it like this: "His usurpation and abuse of power has lead to her persecution."

Unfortunately, you shouldn't use the sentence in the way you constructed it. A concrete person (man, woman, king) or institution (government, party, group) persecutes someone. "Usurpation" and "abuse of power" cannot persecute someone, just as they cannot hit, punch, or chase someone. Lyn in her comments presented alternate ways to construct your sentence.
