My question is based on the following sentence. It talks about performance appraisal ratings. Should it be "will be arriving at" or "will be arrived at" or "will have been arrived at"?

HR should conduct awareness sessions for both supervisors and subordinates prior to commencing the appraisal cycle so that both the parties are aware of the manner that the final decisions will be arriving at.

"will be arrived at". The other two choices don't work.
Edit: just confirmed by my Canadian wife :)  (I'm Australian)

The correct form is will be arrived at. (sorry for this, I was wrong... it is edited now)
Additionally, I would change "both the parties" to either " both parties" or "both of the parties." It is not incorrect the way you have it, but it sounds better.

Other than that, it looks perfect.
