Is it Ok to fill ‘among’ in the blank instead of ‘of’ in this sentence? The sentence is 'Shopping on the internet has a lot of advanrtages ,( ) which the most important is perhaps its convenience.' And i wanna ask another one question as follows .Can this Verb like ‘be' be omitted in this sentence as‘May our hometown more and more beatiful’?

Hello, the answer to your first question is yes, among can be substituted for of. The answer to your second question is no, every sentence needs a verb. Without a verb, it is not a sentence. Hope that helps!
