It is essentially when you smoke много много marijuana and the entire room is place where you are smoking is full of smoke. The smoke fills the entire space, and there is no room for the smoke to escape and so you and your friends that are smoking are trapped in a cloud of smoke. For example, this can be in your car or in a room in your house.
