Unfortunately the intended meaning of the sentence in not clear. Is it a quote and where did you find it?
"Leave off" can mean to "omit" or "to stop doing something".
"Do" should be "Does"
I found it on youtube!
It looks like an afro-american dialect, but I am still not sure what it is trying to say. I am from the UK.
