Snort is old-fashioned slang for having an alcoholic beverage. "Hey bartender! Give me and my friend a snort of whiskey!"

Hi, I've never heard that exact phrase before but it sounds like it means to take cocaine. "To snort" is to inhale quickly through the nose; "grab a snort" sounds like it means to sniff cocaine. Hope that helps!
