'Belongings' are always plural.
You can say either "I leave my belongings at the shopping mall" or "I leave my belongings in the shopping mall". There's a subtle difference between them. 'At' suggests that the mall is a site: one of several places that you visit as you move around the city; 'in' emphasises the fact that you're talking about the interior of a building. They are both equally correct, though.
You can only say "I leave my bag at home". The adverb phrase 'at home' is a fixed phrase. There is no such phrase as 'in home'.
I hope that helps.

Both are grammatically correct, but it sounds more natural to say "I leave my belongings at the mall."
For the second sentence, you should say "I leave my bag at home."
