Not really. Handsome is more good looking like body, and beautiful refers more to facial features. P.s. man can be beautiful as well :)

But good-looking is less attractive than beautiful or they are equal? A good-looking woman is as attractive as beautiful woman?

The male equivalent to beautiful, as you said, is handsome or attractive, but beautiful is usually used for females.
