I personally would reverse the order, just sounds more natural to the ear. You are the smartest and most beautiful person ( in the world./ I know.)

"person" implied. Seems to work.

It works. I don't know why but I think it would be better if it was 'You are the smartest and the most beautiful in the world' instead.
