The reason you don't understand the question, is because it is not a question. It's a common phrase used to describe moments of nostalgia. Perhaps talk about some of your best travel stories, fun memories with friends or family, craziest thing you've ever done. Something to that effect.

There isn't a lot to go on with this, but I'm guessing that "good times good feelings" refers to a happy memory - some event that you enjoyed and fondly remember
