Dear friends, please, correct my text.
Actors are the people I’m really willing to communicate with! 10 years of director’s experience in my own amateur theatre gave me the opportunity to feel the spirit of acting and to understand the actors’ motives and hidden desires. I’ve organized more than 50 castings and produced 10 big plays. So that’s my favorite task in your list:)
Actors and actresses are usually very bright, smart and charismatic people. They know how to charm and they know how to make you fall in love with them in a moment. But making a project is not a moment, it’s a long time of hard work - sometimes full of doubts and conflicts. So the first soft skill I would mention is responsibility (discipline). It’s important to come to rehearsals on time, to learn your lines by heart, to keep fit and to look great on camera every day. Also the actor must be able to fight the routine when inspiration is over.
To check this skill I would ask the following questions:
• Can you tell me about your hardest project? Why was it so hard? How did you cope with the difficulties?
• You are working on the project for two months, and it seems to you that scripts are getting worse, and the idea is not relevant anymore. Will you do something with it? What exactly will you do?
• What will you do when you realize that you are extremely late for the important shooting?
Mostly actors are ambitious and self-confident but sometimes the Hollywood cover hides a very vulnerable soul. Therefore, actors can envy and be jealous, they can feel offended very often, and this is the other side of their emotional and dependent job. It’s very important for every actor to keep bad vibes under control, not to let them spoil the psychological climate in the working group. So the second soft skill I would mention is emotional stability (or stress resistance). Let’s ask our actors:
• The director is criticizing you all the time. How will you react?
• You don’t like your partner in the long term project. Moreover, he seems to feel the same for you. How to make it okay for the entire group to keep on working?
• What is the worst thing in your work? Or
• What irritates you in your work?

It's great. Just a few small things.
Audience?
"ten years" <- "10" is lazy.
... of experience as a director in my own ... <-- not worng, just reads better
...gave me the opportunity to feel .. not wrong, but ... gave me an opportunity to feel ... is maybe more normal.
your list:) <-- unexplained. Context? I leave a space before :). Not sure whether that is standard
But making a project is not a moment, - not wrong, but consider But a project is not made/done in a moment,
it’s a long time of hard work - not wrong, unusual though. it’s a long time, working hard
to fight the routine when inspiration is over. - unclear what you mean, sort of obvious from context, but unusual.
to overcome the mundane routine when inspiration is lacking. - is this close to what you want?
to manage through the routine when inspiration is over.
Do you mean "routine" as "mundane", or as "the things one does daily"?
Also the actor must be able - "the actor" has not been introduced. Are we discussing a specific, definite actor? or Also an actor must be able ...
to check this skill I would ask - "check"? "check for" = check existence of
Will you do something with it? "with it"? about it? ... will do do something?
What will you do when you realize that you are - this is future. Do you mean conditional?
What would you do if you realize that you are ...
The comma before "and" is normal in American English, I understand.
and this is the other side of their emotional and dependent job - The meaning of "their emotional and dependent job" is not obvious to me. Sorry I do not know which direction this should go.
Technically "How to ..." is not a question, but a noun phrase or clause.
How would you make it okay for the entire group to keep on working?
You have liberal use of commas when some parts could be technically separate sentences.

It's great. I have looked for little things. Some are just suggestions. I may have got the wrong idea on some things that you intended to be as they were.

If you post it in your notebook, there are better annotation, correction tools.
