When saying Im from England or I come from England In Japanese is it better to say 私は英国から来ます。or イギリスからます。or The book I have says イギリスからます。I assume 私は is impled here? Whats the differance between the two sentances?

How are 英国 and 来 pronunced what does 来 mean? Is there anything at all different between 英国 and イギリス other than pronunciation and writing? When would you use イングランド?　Why is it not used here?

They had answer your question! in fact , Japanese like to use their characters to pronounce english! so you can directly pronounce "england". They will understand too!

Addition:

英国（えいこく） is very formal, and usually used on books, newspapers.
イギリス is common at conversation.

So, if you wana say 'I'm from England', 
'イギリスからきました' is normal.

'イングランド' maybe OK, but the word 'イングランド（England）' is not so popular in Japan, so using 'イギリス' is better, i think.

'来' mean 'come'.
来ました = きました

First of all, we drop 私は a lot. You can say formally 私はイギリス人です, or just イギリス人です. " I'm from England" is 「わたしは　イギリスしゅっしんです」. "am" is not only translated into 「ます」or「です」. " I come from England" is 「わたしは　イギリスから　きました」. Both are pretty much same. 
We use 英国（えいこく）or イギリス for UK. イングランド→ England　　スコットランド→Scottland ウェールズ→Wales 北アイルランド→Northern Ireland
