you can find polite people from whole the world - there is no specific country because in every country you can find polite folks and bad folks =)

i completely agree with Rawdah, but also think that 'politeness' can be measured in many different ways- for example, here in Britain we are very fond of waiting in lines for other people, unlike in other countries, however in other ways i think we can be very intolerant of others. But as others have said, in every country there are polite and impolite people
