Ok its not from BBFL or that is one meaning but there is also another slang meaning thats a lot ruder, heres a hopefully not too rude defainiaion
Biffle
Pronounced "BEA-fle"
French word for dong slap.
composed of the words "Bite" (french slang for penis) and "Giffle" (french for slap).
The biffle is used on highly inebriated frenchmen as a show of male dominance always against the one receiving (le bifflé). The one initiating the dong slap is known as "le bifflard" taken from this link http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=biffle&page=2

Thanks Elizabeth ( 伊丽莎白 エリザベス 엘리자베스)! I just found the French facebook site about "le bifflé". Hilarious. ^^
An English expression for this is "turkey slap".
I've noticed a few French expressions cross the English Channel but don't get to other English-speaking countries, such as "blag"(blaguer).

and I have never heard what a biffle is , but it doesn't matter - here's what you need to know:
It's ___ o'clock is a playful way (joking way) to say: 'It is time to/for ____'.
"It is time to eat an orange!" <--- a playful way to say, "I will eat an orange now"
"It is orange o'clock" <--- a very silly way to say " IT is time to eat an orange".
Imagine that on the face of a clock, instead of 12,1,2,3,4, there is a picture of an orange.
So, when the clock's hand points to the orange, it is orange o'clock, i.e. time for an orange. !

I never realised this before, but "biffle" might be "BFFL", ie. "Best Friends For Life". I can't imagine any other definition of "biffle".
So it's time for BFFL?
I'm still mystified! :-D
