I think that night start from 12:00AM and finish at 5:59AM, then morning start from 6:00AM and finish at 11:59AM, then day start from 12:00PM and finish at 5:59PM, then evening start from 6:00PM and finish at 11:59PM.

the morning starts way too soon :) usually evening is after the sun sets, so after around 6:00pm, before that it is afternoon. morning strictly ends at midday (12:00pm, also called 12:00 noon), which is when afternoon (ie after noon) starts. night is later in the evening after it is fully dark, but it's a blurry definition. I guess morning starts at sunrise or dawn, and evening starts at sunset or dusk. Noon is the time sun shines them most. This is time you get little warm on these days. Before noon it is morning, and after noon as it is obvious it is afternoon. By the way, when a person leaves work etc in the afternoon, he or she can say good evening.
