Just type a Japanese word or word from any languages(it's multilingual), on "search a word" area, then you can hear the pronunciation which recorded by a native person.
The funniest part of this site is that you can see the location that those recorders(native speakers) are in, once you click the "search result word" Which means you can make sure the dialects of those words xD
PS: as typing Japanese words, you might need to type it with Kanji, for instance, drink=>飲む. so you have to search with the keyword "飲む".
