Well.. if your purpose is to make sure the pronunciations, this page is useful. http://www.forvo.com/languages/ Just type a Japanese word or word from any languages(it's multilingual), on "search a word" area, then you can hear the pronunciation which recorded by a native person. The funniest part of this site is that you can see the location that those recorders(native speakers) are in, once you click the "search result word" Which means you can make sure the dialects of those words xD PS: as typing Japanese words, you might need to type it with Kanji, for instance, drink=>飲む. so you have to search with the keyword "飲む".

If you can read Japanese, try this. http://www.excite.co.jp/dictionary/japanese/ Type or paste your word in the box and submit it. You will find a small number next to the word you submitted. The number shows the pitch accent. 0: LHHHH... (e.g. にほんご nihongo or Japanese) 1: HLLLL... (e.g. 傘 kasa or umbrella) 2: LHLLLL... (e.g. ありがとう arigatou or "thnak you") 3: LHHLLL... (e.g. カタカナ katakana) 4: LHHHLLL..., and so on. Unfortunately, pitch accent rules are complicated. You can learn basic rules of Japanese pitch accents and find some words with pitch visualization here. http://accent.u-biq.org/english.html I hope it helps.
