knock--> hit somebody hard unconscious--> not conscious. blacked out. passed out. almost like being asleep so I hit you so hard you become blacked out for a bit

It means that you were hit so hard that it left you out of consciousness.

It means that you were pushed over and became insensible; incapable of responding to sensory stimuli.
