So I will only add a little more information about the corkscrew part. “Corkscrew” can be used to describe something that has the spiral shape of the screw in the corkscrew (or, in other words, the metal part in the middle of the corkscrew). Here are some other examples of how it can used when using corkscrew to describe the shape of something:
The instrument twists and turns like a corkscrew.
He flew his airplane and performed loops, corkscrews, and other stunts.
