Yesterday was a frustrating day because I tried to improve my English by speaking to a guy. He was patient with me and his accent was clear but I started panicking. So I spoke very little. This is one thing I've discovered to help me change that.

Yesterday was such a frustrating day because I tried to practise my English with a guy. He was patient with me and his accent was clear but I started to panic. So, I talked a little. This is one of the things that I must improve.
