I planned to hang out in a park. I saw a black swan family in the park yesterday, mom, dad and six babies. They are so cute. One person put some vegetables and a bun into the bucket, they liked to eat it. I thought she maybe lived around there, she bought some vegetables, meat and breakfast.

The first sentence was a bit long. Better to split them into smaller sentences.
