It is very important to motivate yourself and don’t despair and surrender to depression. Hence, there are many ways that help people to motivate themselves in dark times.
First of all, it is important to speak positively with yourself . It is obvious that you are what you think about yourself. Moreover, speaking to someone who can motivate you is a good way to go, or at least listening to a motivational podcast.Return to nature is another way to calm yourself and think positively and, consequently, to motivate yourself.

It is very important to keep yourself motivated while resisting despair and depression. There are many helpful strategies to persevere in dark times.
Above all, it is important that your interior monologue be positive . It is obvious that that which you are begins with how you think about your own self. Also, entering into conversation with someone who inspires you is valuable. If you can't find such a person, listen to a motivational podcast. A return to nature offers yet another pathway to calmness, positive thoughts, and renewed motivation.
