Autobiographie (continuation) En ce moment, j’apprends la langue française à l’Université Fédérale de São Paulo. Je ne fume pas. Je n’aime pas non plus les boissons alcoolisées. La seule exception est le vin sec, de temps en temps. Je ne suis pas végétarien, mais je ne mange pas plus de 2 kg de viande par an. J’aime et je pratique trois sports : VTT (= vélo tout-terrain), musculation et course à pied. Comme brésilien j’aime la littérature brésilienne, mais j’aime aussi la littérature anglaise. J’aime les sciences ; surtout la biologie moléculaire. J’aime l’histoire de l’humanité. J’aime la musique classique ; mon musicien préféré est Beethoven. J’aime le cinéma, j’adore les films dramatiques et d’horreur et les séries télévisées. J’aime la chanson brésilienne (MPB et rock), etc.... Je n’aime pas la musique « sertaneja » ni la musique « funk ». Je déteste le bruit, le mensonge, les préjugés. Un jour, j’aimerais rencontrer mes collègues de langue française 1. J’aimerais apprendre à nager. Oui, je ne sais pas nager aussi. J’aimerais aller un jour en France !

Autobiographie (continuation) Mon père était brésilien. Il est décédé à l’âge de 78 (soixante-dix-huit) ans. Il était à la retraite. Ma mère est brésilienne et elle a 76 (soixante-seize) ans. Elle est couturière et elle est à la retraite. Mon frère était brésilien. Il est décédé à l’âge de 49 (quarante-neuf) ans. J’ai deux sœurs. Elles sont brésiliennes aussi. Ma sœur aînée s’appelle Maria. Elle a 49 (quarante-neuf) ans. Ma petite sœur s’appelle Roseli. Elle a 46 (quarante-six) ans. J’habite à Residencial União. Je déteste ce quartier. J’habite à São José dos Campos. J’adore cette ville. J’habite au Brésil. En ce moment, je vis au Brésil. Je parle portugais brésilien (c’est ma langue maternelle). Je parle bien anglais ; je parle aussi espagnol ; je parle un tout petit peu français. Je comprends bien l’anglais et l’espagnol. Je ne parle pas du tout japonais (chinois, arabe, allemand, italien, russe, coréen). (À suivre)

Autobiographie Je suis Rubens SANTOS. Je m’appelle Rubens SANTOS et je suis brésilien. Je suis né le 12 (douze) juillet 1972 (mille neuf cents soixante-douze). 1972 (Mille neuf cents soixante-douze) est l’année où le premier ordinateur brésilien a été construit par une équipe de l'École polytechnique de l'Université de São Paulo (le premier d'Amérique du Sud aussi). J’ai quarante-huit ans et je suis Cancer. Je suis né à São José dos Campos ; une assez grande ville au Brésil. Je suis vendeur des livres et étudiant de lettres à l’Université Fédérale de São Paulo. En ce moment, je travaille et j’étudie à la maison à cause de la pandémie. Je suis célibataire et je n’ai pas d’enfants. Alléluia ! (À suivre)

Días oscuros Nadie podrá olvidar estos días oscuros por los que estamos pasando. Ruinas por todos lados. Unión es la palabra clave. Se acumulan dudas sobre el futuro. Dudas sobre el presente también. A pesar de todo, continuamos nuestro camino a través de la Creación.

How much have you changed all these years? It's interesting to think about ageing. No one saw your face more than yourself. Only you can see how much your physical body has changed until now. How much has your outline of features changed? What about your personality? How much have you changed all these years? You don't think you are the same person, do you? I'm not speaking about the changes all people pass through in their lives when suddenly they're not children any more. I'm speaking about our essence, our soul and spirit. Is it possible to change our soul? Perhaps for you, we don't need overly think about this subject. And it's ok. Maybe you need to age a little more.

A Good Part And An Evil Part I’m into reading. I’m reading The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, a Robert Louis Stevenson’s book, this week. Dr Jekyll says that all human beings have two parts – a good part, and an evil part. And no one can be happy because these two parts fight against each other. Do you agree with this idea? What do you think? For sure Dr Jekyll, the main character of this book, doesn't represent a real person but I think we have both parts and sometimes they fight each other. We know what's correct and incorrect to do, but there is a little pleasure to do something evil, all the same.

Iguape and Ilha Comprida I'm really into writing, so here is another text. A few years ago, I lived in a small city, Iguape, for around four years. I lived there from 2010 to 2013. I didn't fancy this city from the very start. But after a few months, I grew to love it. Why I'm not falling in love at first sight? Iguape is smaller than all the cities which I lived before. It's so difficult to find everything you want fastly, and almost every store closes before dark. Many things made me changes my mind. Iguape is near the sea, near the forest. Around 70% of the city is preserved area because in this city we have the last part of the Mata Atlântica. My last place was very close to the wood. After five minutes on foot, I was inside it. I went to a walk there three times a week, at least. Another activity I loved to do there was cycling. Another city, actually an island, Ilha Comprida, which is like a district of Iguape, has 74 km of beaches. In this city, we can cycle near the sea. The most part doesn't have inhabitants. Life in Iguape and Ilha Comprida only is bad wether you don't have enough money. These cities are amazing places to spend your life. I went to live there because my ex-girlfriend went to work and live there. We lived together for three years. When we split up, I returned to my homeland. However, that period was the best in my life until now. The idea to live there again appeals to me.

If I had the chance to meet someone from history If I had the chance to meet someone from history, I would like to meet Hitler. I'm not a Hitler's fan! On the contrary, I hate him as well! I would like to meet him only to say him all I need to say. I think many people would like to say the same words: You were a monster! I think you had a great mission, but you failed. You failed with the German people and the people of every country of this Earth. You thought you were the great leader who was claimed by the people, and you were wrong. Because of that, you failed! Yeah! I think you had a great mission on this planet. Not the mission you thought you had, but another one. Many people suffered since the German people start following you. Yes, you did not fail alone. You were only the worst person in the whole world at that time. Because you failed, Germany could not lead the world to a better place for human beings. Now, you will die forever!
