How should I balance dream and reality? Firstly, i need to say i have a good job with a nice salary.During my working time,i need to translate some professional English articles into the Chinese version.Sometimes i also go out to interview some doctors,including someone who's from other chounries! My job is challenging to me,and definitely i love the feeling to be challenged.But now i 'm a little confused,because i 'm often assigned to do some work that's out of my duty.They even take up most of my working time.Now i feel the reality is farer from my dream.How should i change this situation?

I'm a little tired~ These days i wasn't very well.Go to work and then get off it every day. It seems that every day is the same,but i felt tired and sleepy! Lacking sleep for nights? --Not really. Just because i had to face somehing. I'm feeling great pressure from my job. There are some factors urging me to improve myself to meet demands of my current job--course consultant of Chinese for foreigners.Actually I'm not confident enough to myself~Will I be equal to the position?--I'm afraid i'm not sure.
