Hi, my name is Klaus. I am 35 years old and I am from Vienna (Austria). After my geography study at the university, I did my bachelor degree of education at the University College of Teacher Education in Vienna. My subjects are German and Geography. In 2018 I studied one semester at the university in Granada (Spain). From 2018-2021 I worked as a German Teacher in a Middle School in Vienna. At the moment I live in Turin (Italy) and work as a Teacher (German as a foreign language) at different school types, the Goethe-Institut and at the ESCP business school. In my free time, I spend time in the mountains around Torino (backcountry skiing, mountaineering, climbing) or on my mountainbike.Показать перевод

I am a responsible-minded, enthusiastic and flexible teacher with a good sense of humour. I participated in many different language courses, which gave me the possibility to see the things from the student's perspective. I know how challenging it is to learn a new language. I got to know which contents and methods I want to include in my teaching approach and which contents are improvable.
It makes a lot of fun to teach German to other people. It is always interesting to see students improving their skills. To learn a new language can mean also to share interests, cultural facts (music, food,...), actual topics or other moments with people. Communication and interaction!Мои уроки и стиль преподавания
1) In the beginning of the lessons I do always a short warm-up/repetition/conversation about our last lesson or an actual topic e.g.: autumn or free time (verbs, vocabulary)
2) The content of the lessons is flexible:

a) Conversational lessons about a topic for different language levels
b) I offer grammar lessons to work on a specific goal to improve your grammar.
c) Lessons for:
-) Beginners/basic language use (A1-A2)
-) Advanced/independent language use (B1-B2)
-) Expert/competent language use (C1-C2)
4) Homework (optional but recommended), correction and feedback

I was not really happy to pay for the lesson which we never had due to the teacher‘s busy schedule. I do understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes disrupt schedules, but communication is key in such situations.

Klaus è un insegnate paziente, simpatico, sempre attento al bisogno dello studente. Mi piace le sue lezioni perché sono strutturate e mi offre sempre um equilibrio tra l'acquisto dei nuovi vocaboli, frasi utile e la grammatica.
