Teacher JOEY is good at finding all of the different sentence structures (syntax). It's very important to learn the way that sentences are structured. We definitely need to review a lot more, so that I can be fluent in creating all the different kinds of sentences. I am learning something new every lesson.

I have done a lot of lessons with Joey in the last 2 months. Each lesson has been a lot of fun and I have learned much thanks to him. Throughout the first couple of weeks was focused the majority on verbs and adjectives. then we worked on creating sentences. all this time he has been very patient and helped me whenever I needed assistance in the class as well as outside the class. We learned common questions as well as common slang.he is working hard to make the classes feel enjoyable and safe. I am constantly learning new things at a good pace, and now can read short stories and have the basic understanding of what is happening in it. outside of class he is sending resources that may assist me in my learning. he is also finding ones that are enjoyable.

Joey is an outstanding Bisaya teacher. He explains concepts clearly and is patient. He is a great teacher!
