Roberto is the ideal Italian teacher: very patient, very kind, and extremely friendly. The student can feel very safe making mistakes in grammar and diction knowing Roberto will kindly correct and assist them. I have personally taken many lessons from him and cannot recommend him enough. If you are thinking about taking your Italian to the next level with a very knowledgeable teacher, look no further!

Roberto is a great teacher. He's makes you feel comfortable to speak the language as a new speaker. He corrects you but does not criticize. He style of teaching makes you want to continue to learn. Grazzi milli.

Great lesson with Roberto. He keeps the conversation relaxed and natural, which makes the lessons easy to enjoy. He’s friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged throughout the session. Always a nice atmosphere talking with him.

I am so encouraged by having conversations with Roberto. He always understands what I mean in spite of my American English accent and non-native pronunciation and problems with grammar. That helps me feel more confident and encouraged to keep going. In a previous session, he also helped me identify grammar areas to work on, so I have been practicing those. I appreciate all of the support and love how Roberto can speak about any topic I ask about. He strikes a good balance of him talking, which allows me to practice listening, and me talking, which allows me to practice speaking.
