Tomás Segura

I count myself so lucky to have Tomas as my teacher. He always gives 100% effort, which is more than I can say for myself! However, he is patient when I forget things I should have already know, or when I have an off day. Most italki tutors just do conversation practice. Tomas comes prepared with grammar lessons and relevant homework. His English is near native level, so there’s never any difficulty explaining things in a way I can understand. He also remembers things about my life and asks me practice questions that are specific to my situation. It’s easy to forget he has a whole roster of other students he is also teaching! Thank you Tomás for all your assistance! I look forward to my lessons.

Tomás has been my teacher from the beginning of my Spanish journey. He has been able to adapt to my needs throughout the process. He's a great conversation partner, but also knows the Spanish language well and can answer any grammar question. He really takes the time to prepare for his lessons and always has fun activities planned. He's listed as a community tutor but he's the most "professional" quality teacher I've come across.

Tomás his wonderful about working with his students. He always addresses what you’re interested in or not interested in and creates relevant conversation that always pertains to your level of learning Spanish. Wonderful teacher.

I have been seeing Tomás for Spanish lessons since almost the beginning of my journey of learning Spanish. I started scheduling 2 lessons a week with Tomás about 10 months ago and can proudly say that I can talk about many different topics and understand a lot of spoken Spanish. I will continue seeing Tomás twice a week for the foreseeable future and would highly recommend him!

This was just my introductory class, but I found this teacher very easy to understand and the approach she suggested I take to learning seemed logical. I look forward to taking Moore lessons with him.

Tomás is truly the best. He is super encouraging and is always looking out for new ways to help me learn. I can tell how much thought and care he puts into every single lesson because he picks up on patterns in mistakes I make across different lessons and works to help me address them.
