Mina

Mina Sensei is incredible. My lesson was absolutely perfect. We spend some time in the beginning of the lesson talking and she is so easy to talk to. Then she provides some corrections to our conversation before we move into the textbook we are working on. It is so helpful to have someone gently critique my speaking. In the textbook we are working on keigo and the materials she uses are excellent. I'm learning so much and it's really improved my confidence as well! Looking forward to many more lessons with her.

I really like the time Mina Sensei takes at the end of the session to review some of the sentences I used, this is super helpful to understand where I can improve. Thank you so much for this lesson :)

Mina Sensei in truly an incredible teacher. I really struggle with nervousness when speaking Japanese to new people, but she is such a warm person. She made me instantly feel so comfortable, I found it so easy to talk with her. She listened to my goals and she tailored her lessons so we could work on my two goals of improving my keigo and making my speaking more natural. I am really excited to take more lessons from her! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a delightful, warm teacher who also brings helpful structure to your lessons!

Mina sensei is always so fun to talk to, and I like the feedback portion of the class - it's perfect for reinforcing learning points. I find she's very intuitive as well, so for example, even if i don't know a specifiic word and am working my way around it, she's super quick to know what i mean. Also her explanations are clear and just make a lot of sense, which is something to be appreciated.
