My name is Tomer, I'm from Jerusalem where I was born and raised.
I have a degree in linguistics and cognitive science from the Hebrew University. I'm a professional dancer and a contemporary dance teacher. I speak English at a native-like level, and I speak Italian at an advanced level (C1). I also studied Latin, and I'm currently learning Spanish.
Mi chiamo Tomer, vivo a Gerusalemme in cui sono nato e cresciuto. Ho una laurea in linguistica e scienze cognitive preso l'Universita Ebraica. Sono un danzatore professionista e un insegnante di danza. Parlo inglese a livello da madrelingua, e parlo italiano in un livello avanzato (C1). My studies in linguistics and my experience in teaching dance in Israel and abroad (in Hebrew, English and Italian), have given me a strong grasp of the structure and grammar of various languages on one hand, but also an understanding that a practical hands-on approach is usually the best for learning a new language. My lessons are based on communication and conversation, as I believe it to be the most important language skill. In addition, I always try to adapt my lessons to the interest, needs and level of each student. We can focus on conversation, on reading and writing skills, and on the grammar and structure of the Hebrew language. We will talk about and experience the beauty of the Hebrew and Jewish culture through its art, literature, historical texts, music, movies - all according to each student's interests.Мой учебный материал
