I have observed that many learners fear public speaking, especially those who are not native Filipino speakers. They often struggle to express themselves confidently. This inspired me to pursue a career in education so I could support them. I firmly believe that strong communication skills are among the most valuable tools we need to unlock countless opportunities. I believe that great teaching isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s flexible, adaptable, and responsive to how students learn best. My teaching style shifts to meet my students where they are, ensuring that each one has the chance to thrive. I embrace technology as a powerful tool to break boundaries and open up new possibilities—for both teachers and learners.
