I live in Russia, Rostov-on-Don. My hobbies are sports (fitness, stretching), music, literature, and traveling. I’ve already been to France, the Czech Republic, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and England. I'm a lifelong learner, and I adore learning with my students.
Moreover, I’m sensitive and understanding, ready to help students succeed by motivating, inspiring, and giving constructive feedback, teaching, and advice.

Possessing a strong track record of providing effective and engaging lessons to students of all ages and abilities. Experienced in creating lessons plans and activities that are tailored to the needs and goals of each student. Possessing a wide range of knowledge and experience in teaching English and Russian grammar writing and speaking.

I have learnt more in my 1st 10 lessons with Svetlana than in my previous 200+ Russian language lessons on the Italki platform. By far the most professional tutor I have encountered. Her lessons enable incremental progress to be made which in turn helps keep me motivated on the long journey to master the beautiful Russian language. Each lesson is an interesting blend of conversation practice, essential grammar and stimulating topics. She has a genuine passion for teaching and is extremely good at it for sure.
