Hi there! I’m Dennis, a passionate and certified professional Chinese teacher with over 5 years of experience teaching students from 7 years old to adults across the globe! I love sharing the beauty of the Chinese language while exploring creative, interactive ways to make learning fun. I hold a CTCSOL certificate (Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages), which validates my professional teaching skills. Over the years, I have taught more than 100 students from countries like the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, and France. I currently teach Mandarin to middle school students at a European international school and teenagers in an American online language school. I also teach international adult students Chinese at a renowned Chinese university. I have rich experience teaching kids and adults. My experience as a management consultant and commercial government officer makes me competent at teaching business Chinese and gives me insight into the Chinese market and business norms. Excellent teacher! Excellent class! Dennis was very prepared for the lesson and had interesting teaching material. He was very patient and did an excellent job making corrections and explaining different grammar points. He was able to assess the current level and make a learning plan for future progress. I highly recommend this teacher!
