I have been taking lessons with James for about nine months, and he is by far the most patient and understanding teacher I’ve ever had. Even though it’s taking me some time to fully grasp certain concepts in the Romanian language, James always supports me by revisiting topics and providing multiple examples to ensure I understand them. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Romanian and gain excellent practice.

James has a very friendly and open personality which makes for a very lively and enjoyable conversation. He's easy to talk to, and the perfectly paced lesson suits the needs of the student and contributes to a pleasant and valuable experience.

James is a very good teacher, really trying to understand who the person is teaching to. Grammar lessons in particular are very interesting!

James is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great way of explaining complex ideas from different angles, making everything easy to understand. Lessons are always fun, and it's great to chat with him about current worldwide events.

It was an enjoyable lesson. I could speak a lot in a conversation with the teacher and it was very challenging as my level of Romanian is still low. It was incredible that I could do it. The explanations of grammatical items were excellent and now I can understand a lot concerning grammatical items presented during the lesson.
