Yumi San is great. I highly recommend this style of teaching for anyone who really wants to move their learning of Japanese along. and specifically I highly recommend Yumi San as she is very helpful, interesting, and flexible to help me work on those things that will help me most in my upcoming trip.

I have taken eight lessons with Yumi Sensei now. She continues to exceed my expectations in every way. She has a very pleasant and easy-going personality and made me feel comfortable from the very first lesson. she encourages me to learn the fundamentals of the language but is also flexible enough to tailor each lesson to my specific needs. because of Yumi Sensei's excellent teaching style, my confidence and skill is building. I will definitely continue taking lessons. 👍😊

Very good fit. Works in some structure but flexible to answer questions that I have from self study and direct questions about word use. Very helpful and friendly.
